These terms apply to your use of this website. By browsing the site or sending a message through it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The information here is general, not advice

Everything on this site is published to describe the support Centre Stage HR offers and to help you decide whether to get in touch. It is general information only. It is not HR, employment law or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice about your own situation.

Employment matters turn on their particular facts, and the law changes. Please do not act, or decide not to act, on the basis of anything on this site without taking advice on your own circumstances. Where a matter needs specialist legal advice, we will say so.

Getting in touch does not create a client relationship

Sending a message through the contact form, emailing us or booking a discovery call does not create a client relationship and places us under no obligation to advise you. A client relationship begins only when we have both agreed in writing what work will be done and on what terms.

Until that point, please do not treat anything discussed as advice you can rely on, and do not send us anything you would regard as confidential or legally privileged.

Using the contact form

Please use the contact form only to make a genuine enquiry. Do not use it to send unlawful, offensive or misleading material, to send bulk or marketing messages, or to attempt to disrupt the site.

Tell us what is happening in general terms at this stage. Please do not send detailed or sensitive personal information about other people — colleagues, employees or anyone else — in a first message. Our privacy notice explains what we do with the details you send.

Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may update these terms, at any time.

The text, images, logos and design of this site belong to Centre Stage HR or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own information or to tell someone about our services. You may not republish or reuse them commercially, or present them as your own, without our written permission.

The site links out to services we do not control, including our booking page, LinkedIn and the Information Commissioner's Office. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information, and a link is not an endorsement. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its general information, including lost profit, lost business, lost opportunity or any indirect or consequential loss. Liability for work we are engaged to carry out is dealt with in the written terms agreed for that work, not here.

Changes to these terms

We will update this page if these terms change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated, and the terms shown here are the ones that apply to your use of the site today.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
